Dakos is a Cretan traditional dish, wherever you go in Crete, they offer you dakos. It is a barley biscuit, its dough is kneaded in the usual way without any chemical additives. It is made from barley, rye and olive oil. It is mostly baked either on wood or in large ovens.
Ingredients: whole grain wheat flour (barley 75%, wheat), water, salt, yeast. Without preservatives and without chemical additives.
