CHARACTERISTICS: A collection of sun-dried grapes from the Liatiko variety, as well as a unique vinification in a new oak barrel that lasts 1-2 years, gives Rubeus an impressive result!
TASTE HARMONY: It has a dark red color with violet hints, with aromas of dried fruit, honey and dried nuts. Good acidity, long aftertaste with smoky notes. It maneuvers between the aromas of raisins, plums and roasted cinnamon. In the mouth you can recognize hints of caramel, cloves, intertwined with sweetness and "covered" with an amazing minerality that gives sweet wines dried in the sun a completely new dimension!
Goes well with: fresh or dried fruit, cheeses and nuts.
